8 English and Japanese Language Teaching Positions are available at Central  University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) from September,2014 to July, 2015.  The teachers will work at the School of Foreign Studies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The main responsibilities of the Language Teachers are to:

●Teach: (1) Undergraduatecourses: Oral English/Japanese. （Shahe Campus）

   (2) Courses for postgraduate students: Oral English. (Xizhimen Campus)

   (3) Courses for PhD: Oral English (BEC 3). (Xizhimen Campus)

●Give a 2-hour lecture onwestern cultures each term.

●Organize an English Cornertwice each term.

TEACHING LOAD:

The maximum teaching hours are 16 hours per week. Inaddition to that, other activities including English Corner and English Lectureare also requested. All classrooms are equipped with computers and projectedfor PowerPoint / music / DVD etc.

LOCATION:

●Downtown campus (maincampus): North of Xizhimen subway station (NW corner of Line 2) with several goodand economical restaurants, large supermarkets within 5-minute walk. Track,basketball & tennis courts, cafeterias, restaurants provided on campus anda gymnasium 2 bus-stop away (12-minute walk) from the campus.

●Shahe campus: Located inChangping District, about 40-minutes bus ride from the downtown campus. Regularschool shuttle bus is available everyday between the two campuses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Native Speakers;

● Bachelor and above degrees;

●At least two-year teaching experience;

● Linguistics, literature major or TESOL certificatepreferred.

THE UNIVERSITY CAN PROVIDE:

●Monthly Salary: RMB 5,500 per month fromSeptember 2014 to July 2015.
